The artist it seems, as creator of the object, would make an excellent source of information. However, as I look back over my work, I find the intensity of past experience has faded over time. To gain new insight, I would go directly to the objects. My observations will be different from yours but hopefully they'll be arrived at in the same way. Simply sit with the work. There are no right answers. You put on the finishing touches as your opinions evolve. For me, making new work is ultimately a much more stimulating activity. Here I leave you with what I have already made so I well be free to follow my creativity on to the next point.
